Exodigo is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Coordinator to support 811 design ticket requests and project permitting. You will collaborate with AHJs, municipalities, utility owners, and internal teams to secure permits, track progress, and prepare records for field operations and map production.

Remote-friendly role on the East Coast. Ideal for someone organized, process-driven, with experience in utilities or geospatial operations looking to contribute to underground infrastructure projects.

Competenze

2–4 years of experience in utility coordination, permitting, or project operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with task-tracking and document management tools.
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
Interest in utilities, infrastructure, operations, or geospatial work.

Mansioni

Submit 811 design ticket requests to state and local One Call Centers.
Coordinate with the AHJ, municipalities, utility owners, and external stakeholders to determine project-specific permitting requirements.
Obtaining permits and approvals from municipalities, utility owners, or other stakeholders
Review permit requirements during project scoping and provide cost and timeline estimates for inclusion in client proposals
Manage permit submissions and payment workflows following client or internal Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Track ticket confirmations, response deadlines, and statuses in Monday.com
