We are seeking a growth-focused professional to manage end-to-end user acquisition campaigns for Spilio. You will analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and explore new channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of hands-on experience in user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) with budgets exceeding $300K.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to structure and deliver clear ideas, feedback, and instructions across teams.
• Analytical approach to campaign performance, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Demonstrated ability to navigate shifting priorities, make quick decisions, and adapt strategies in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English — B2 or higher level

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Use data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, funnels, and creatives daily to optimize toward performance goals.
• Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
• Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing technologies.
