Gismart is a value-driven mobile app developer and Spilio is a product helping people grow through soft skills. We’re seeking a Paid Social specialist to manage full lifecycle advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and expand channels.

You will analyze data daily, conduct audience research, and stay ahead of trends to improve ROI across global campaigns. Remote-first team with flexible schedules; strong budgeting, communication, and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of hands-on experience in user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing Paid Social campaigns with budgets exceeding $300K.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to structure and deliver clear ideas.
• Analytical approach to campaign performance with knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, funnels, and creatives daily to optimize toward performance goals.
• Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
• Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing technologies.
