Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Utilities Packet Lead to drive the transition of Antarctic utility operations, ensuring continuity of power, water, wastewater, and fuel systems. You will coordinate SMEs and operations teams to collect, validate, and transfer critical documentation and procedures, enabling a compliant, seamless handover for USAP facilities.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a NACI background check.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years supporting utilities, facilities operations, maintenance, or related functions.
Experience managing technical documentation and records.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and management of utility transition packets to ensure uninterrupted services.
Coordinate collection, review, validation, and transfer of documentation and drawings.
Document current-state operations and critical infrastructure processes.
Track milestones, risks, and action items for transition projects.
Support knowledge transfer for power, water, wastewater, and fuel operations.
Ensure documentation is complete, version-controlled, and stored properly.
