Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a NACI background check.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of aviation operations, flight operations, dispatch, air mobility, or related aviation support functions.
• Experience with flight planning, scheduling, dispatch, load planning, or air operations coordination.
• Knowledge of aviation safety principles, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in operational environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of intercontinental and intracontinental flight planning and scheduling operations.
• Oversee the transition of load planning, aircraft dispatch, and air-operator coordination activities.
• Support the transition and operational assessment of helicopter operations.
• Document and manage interfaces with military and commercial aviation partners.
• Ensure aviation operations, procedures, and documentation are effectively transitioned and maintained.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight to support safe, efficient, and compliant aviation operations.
