Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a remote Data & Business Systems Packet Lead to guide the transition and ongoing support of critical data services, information assurance capabilities, and enterprise applications for the USAP program.

You will oversee MIS Portal transitions, COTS platforms, and bespoke systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance. The role requires strong data management, systems integration, and security mindset, with experience across enterprise platforms and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications, data services, enterprise systems, or systems administration.
• Experience with data management, system administration, information assurance, or systems integration.
• Experience supporting enterprise software platforms and business-critical applications.
• Knowledge of database concepts, data governance, and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of data services and information assurance capabilities.
• Develop and oversee the forward-maintenance strategy for the MIS Portal.
• Manage the transition of COTS applications, including Pipeline, Maximo, IPM, and related platforms.
• Support the transition, assessment, and oversight of bespoke business systems, including Attack, Erebus, and other custom applications.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, operational readiness, and continuity throughout transition activities.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support successful system integration and long-term sustainment.
