Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Network Admin, Telecom, or Engineering Tech.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in network operations or related IT functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of Network Systems transition packets.
• Coordinate collection, review, validation, and transfer of network documentation and inventories.
• Collaborate with engineers and admins to document current-state network architecture and processes.
• Track transition deliverables, milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Prepare transition reports and briefings for leadership review.
