Job summary

Genea Energy Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own US hiring, leading full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Product. You will partner with HRBP, hiring managers, and leadership to run searches from intake to offer.

This role requires 5+ years of in-house recruiting, experience with both technical and non-technical roles, and a track record of sourcing passive candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Recruiting in a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment.
• Sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Experience extending and negotiating offers.
• Working proficiency with an applicant tracking system.
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong collaboration with HR Partners, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication, including writing job postings.
• Willingness to travel to the Irvine, CA office 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 50 US hires per year across corporate, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Product roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, selection criteria, interview plans, and hiring timelines for each role.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, building pipelines for open and recurring roles.
• Develop creative recruiting and sourcing approaches for specialized and hard-to-fill technical and corporate roles.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, and present qualified shortlists with clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communication so every candidate has a clear, timely, and consistent experience.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers, partnering with the Chief People Officer and hiring managers to close selected candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect each role and meet Genea standards.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership to align hiring priorities and timelines with business needs.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in Greenhouse, and report recruiting metrics and hiring progress to the Chief People Officer and leadership.
