INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA® is seeking a U.S.-based Senior QuickBooks Bookkeeper with 5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience for a client-facing role. The successful candidate will serve as the primary U.S.

contact for bookkeeping clients, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of financials. You will work with a tax team to reconcile QuickBooks with filed tax returns, onboarding new clients, and ensuring alignment with prior-year books.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Client-facing role with primary U.S. contact for bookkeeping clients.
• Strong communication and ability to present financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for assigned clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping matters and financial reports.
• Ensure financial statements are accurate and ready for client review.
• Perform complex QuickBooks cleanup and reconcile prior-year data.
• Oversee work of internal team of 20+ preparers and reviewers.
• Coordinate with tax team to align books with tax returns and filings.
