Boogie Team in the United States seeks a reliable General Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a U.S.-based client. You will record daily transactions, manage payables and receivables, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly reporting.

The role requires hands-on QuickBooks Online experience, solid understanding of U.S. bookkeeping principles, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while keeping meticulous records.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based businesses or clients.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Solid understanding of U.S. bookkeeping practices and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording and categorizing daily transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts regularly.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoices, bills, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Track business expenses, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
• Assist with month-end closing, documentation, and tax preparation requirements.
