• Extensive leadership experience in digital demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven track record coaching performance marketing teams and managing external partners.
• Deep operational expertise across digital channels, ABM, and campaign optimization.
• Mastery of ABM strategy, intent data, and buying committee engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing media budgets and driving pipeline to revenue.
• Advanced analytical skills with CRM, marketing automation, BI, and multi-touch attribution.

Responsibilities

• Shapes and drives the digital demand generation strategy across paid search, performance media, display, retargeting, and ABM.
• Oversees campaign architecture, bidding, audience targeting, and budget allocations.
• Aligns ABM programs with go-to-market strategy and account segmentation.
• Directs campaign architecture and engagement models across key market segments.
• Manages media budgets, CAC, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
• Defines metrics and attribution standards for leads, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
• Partners with marketing operations to improve tracking, lead routing, and analytics reporting.
