Job summary

Granite River Inc. is expanding its US market presence and seeks a dedicated business development professional to source, onboard, and manage institutional counterparties, including token projects, exchanges, funds, and trading firms.

You will work with trading and leadership to translate counterparty needs into liquidity and trading solutions, own the BD cycle from outreach to closing, and represent the firm at national conferences.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience at a market maker or OTC desk.
• Must have work authorization in the United States.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within crypto/fintech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital-asset markets, spot, derivatives, and market structure.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new counterparties across the US — token projects, exchanges, prediction markets, funds, and institutional trading firms.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from outreach through deal execution.
• Own the full business development cycle—sourcing, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with counterparties and partners.
• Collaborate with trading to communicate capabilities and translate counterparty requirements into liquidity solutions.
• Represent the firm at conferences, events, and industry meetings across the country.
