PolyPeptide US is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the US. This remote role (East Coast focus) will build strategic partnerships, lead development and manufacturing opportunities, and manage the full sales lifecycle with biotech and pharma clients.

The candidate will develop territory plans, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position PolyPeptide as the preferred CDMO partner.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or related field.
• 3–5+ years of pharma/biotech/CDMO experience.
• Exposure to commercial or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development across US-based biotech and pharma clients.
• Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for custom development and commercial manufacturing projects.
• Build and execute territory and account plans to grow revenue and pipeline.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner and advisor.
• Lead client interactions including presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Represent PolyPeptide at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
