Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Urology Account Manager to drive product adoption across targeted Urology accounts in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 4+ years in pharma/medical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within geography, including overnight.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and develop solutions.
• Plan activities to maximize call coverage and access with key customers.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and monitor local market trends.
• Collaborate across sales and support teams to drive performance.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks promptly.
