Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive accelerated growth in key markets. You will partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunities, select strategic accounts, and train surgeons to autonomy while leveraging the ISI ecosystem resources.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in sales including healthcare, with willingness to travel up to 25% and work on nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity and drive change.
• Proven ability to influence peers.
• Effective cross-functional communication across a large organization.
• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth rates.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice with SP for procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
• Build a Robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Partner with sales leadership for strategic market development.
• Market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Develop future training pipeline for targeted geography.
