Job summary

Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Colorado (multi-licensed strongly preferred) to provide virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You’ll work with our provider and support teams to improve access and quality of care, leveraging telemedicine in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses and have an active RN compact license with licensure in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience.
• Active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states.
• Five or more active state licenses preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results.
• Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
