Job summary

Includedhealth is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in New Mexico with a passion for improving healthcare access. This position requires strong clinical expertise, an active RN compact license, and 3+ years in urgent or primary care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure.
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
