Job summary

Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Arkansas and multiple states to deliver virtual comprehensive care across all ages, partnering with our provider and support teams. The role emphasizes high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings with at least 3 years of experience.

This remote, telemedicine position offers Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week) or Part-Time (20 hours/week) options, with a salary range of $98,400–$108,450 per year plus equity and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license with RN licensure in state(s) compliance.
• Current national FNP certification via AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license and multi-state licensure (5+ preferred).
• 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Experience delivering care from newborns to adults.
• Telemedicine or video-based care experience.
• Experience using Athena EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document timely treatment plans.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions across ages.
• Refer to other providers when appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on plans.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices and evidence-based care.
• Provide cross-coverage for reviews of labs.
• Offer evenings and weekends flexibility.
