Solta is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Upstream Marketing Lead to drive global commercial strategy for new product development. You will lead marketing on cross-functional teams, translating VOC into compelling product requirements and strategies while partnering with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory and regional teams.

The role emphasizes market-driven decision making, lifecycle planning, and ensuring regulatory readiness across devices, software, and disposables.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Able to translate VOC into product requirements and commercial claims.
• Financial fluency to build and defend a revenue forecast.
• Familiar with FDA/CE regulatory submission requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 8+ years in health care field in relevant roles.
• 3+ years of product management/upstream marketing in medical devices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with R&D to translate unmet needs into customer requirements and design specs.
• Lead market research to quantify addressable market and assess launch implications.
• Lead the stage gate process from a marketing and commercial perspective.
• Conduct VOC research with healthcare providers and patients to identify unmet needs.
• Define product roadmaps and build business cases for hardware, software, or disposables.
• Advocate for end-user needs within engineering to ensure marketable devices.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to align data collection for future claims.
• Coordinate with regional marketing to support launches and lifecycle management.
