The role requires a strong track record in product launches, lifecycle planning, and competitive intelligence within medical devices, with 8+ years of upstream marketing or product management experience. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medicine, or related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing lifecycle plans across product maturity stages.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercial readiness activities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate in-line and marketed product enhancements into product improvements.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization of lifecycle initiatives based on customer, market, and competitive planning.
• Own the commercial prioritization of product enhancements and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Develop business cases supporting lifecycle investments, product updates, and technology refreshes.
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to define business requirements for product improvements.
