Job summary

Solta in Bothell, WA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead upstream marketing for defined New Product Development programs. You will create insight-driven strategies, drive execution, and represent marketing on product development teams, ensuring global commercial strategy across stage gates.

You will work with Engineering, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to meet market needs while complying with global standards, coordinating with regional partners for launches and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medicine, or related field required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to translate unmet needs into customer requirements and design specs.
• Conduct market research to quantify market size and financial implications of launches.
• Lead the stage-gate process from a marketing and commercial perspective.
• Capture VOC insights from HCPs and patients to identify unmet needs.
• Lead device testing against user needs in clinical settings.
