Job summary

6sense in the United States (remote) is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of 7–8 CSMs responsible for Upmarket accounts with $100K–$500K ACV and roughly $15M–$20M ARR. You will drive retention, adoption, and customer value realization while coaching a high-performing team.

Collaborating across Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, Marketing, and RevOps, you’ll ensure measurable business value and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience leading customer-facing teams within a SaaS organization.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or related roles.
• Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience coaching teams on executive engagement, account strategy, value realization, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including GRR, churn, forecasting, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 Customer Success Managers handling Upmarket accounts carrying ARR of $15M-$20M.
• Drive retention, adoption, value realization, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
• Coach managers on account strategy, renewal planning, risk management, and executive engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Own portfolio forecasting, renewal inspections, and customer health reviews.
