Job summary

Agile IT Synergy, LLC seeks an experienced Unmanned Systems Test Engineer to ensure the government customer achieves the required infrastructure for DoD UAV/UxS programs. You will oversee testing, installation, and deployment planning with a focus on interoperability and readiness.

Responsibilities include supervising UAV/UxS integration, evaluating lifecycle support and documentation, and coordinating with logistics for shipping and site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years supporting technician operations for Unmanned Systems in DoD programs.
• Secret level clearance and soldering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems testing leadership across test planning, fabrication, installation, and demos.
• Supervise UAV/UxS integration with field personnel and inspectors.
• Review life-cycle support, component failure tracking, and configuration management.
• Document system load planning, shipping, and unmanned systems installations.
• Support range/test events with resource planning and site operation.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipping, receiving, and accountability.
• Review GFE/GFP management and integration support.
• Conduct surveys to determine site and service requirements.
• Ensure operational effectiveness for unmanned systems integration.
