Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7–10 years in underwriting, compliance, QA, or auditing.
• 7–10 years in commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, or QA.
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the underwriting audit program and staff.
• Develop annual audit plans and methodologies.
• Ensure audits meet standards and timelines.
• Present findings to leadership and monitor remediation.
• Lead corrective actions and process improvements.
• Mentor audit staff and collaborate with training.
