Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Tokio Marine Group company, seeks an Underwriting Audit Supervisor to oversee the underwriting audit program, manage staff, and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

You will partner with Compliance, Underwriting, Training, Legal and Executive Leadership to deliver actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and present findings through executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years in commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance or auditing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the underwriting audit program and staff performance.
• Evaluate files for compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Develop audit plans, methodologies, and metrics.
• Generate executive reports and dashboards on findings.
• Lead corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Underwriting, Training, Legal and Leadership.
