Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group in the United States seeks a Call Center Underwriter CL‑I Associate to deliver concierge-level service to insureds and agents across small to mid-sized commercial accounts. You will handle calls, renewals, billing, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with insureds, agents, and underwriters, set up new business, process FNOS tasks, and contribute to policy lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience.
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and service tasks regarding policy documents, billing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Locate policies, review accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to policyholders.
• Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and underwriters; provide status updates.
• Set up accounts in agency systems and process FNOS tasks accurately.
• Handle insured-initiated cancellations and perform pre-cancellation outreach to retain business.
• Review policy expirations and coordinate with underwriters and clients.
