Job summary

Antioch University in Seattle is seeking a part-time, Federal Work-Study eligible student to support the Admissions Office. The role offers up to 20 hours per week, with 50% remote time and occasional campus presence for tours and events.

Responsibilities include data entry, packet preparation, and answering inquiries, plus assisting with campus tours and admissions events. The position runs 7/1/2026–6/30/2027, with some weekend/evening coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Federal Work-Study (FWS) eligible through your institution.
• Reliable availability of up to 20 hours weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT (Flexible schedule)
• Able to commute to Campus for 1 or more weekdays per week
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear, warm written communication
• Comfortable on phones and speaking to students
• Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace/Drive; willing to learn
• Collaborative, community-minded, and able to hold confidentiality

Responsibilities

• 20 hours per week split among tasks: assist Admissions with assembling information packets, mailings, welcome desk, inventory of admissions materials, data entry, processing admissions materials, answering phone line and emails, campus tours.
• Assist with events.
• Provide campus tours for prospective students.
• Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
