Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking an Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Pacific Northwest from a home-based location. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Esaote ultrasound equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires independence within the territory and frequent travel, with collaboration across Technical Support, Sales, Applications, and other teams to drive satisfaction and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronic Technology or related field (or equivalent military training).
• Strong troubleshooting of electronic systems and electrical circuits.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Esaote ultrasound equipment.
• Respond to service dispatches promptly and meet productivity targets.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, and Applications teams.
• Provide customer demonstrations and participate in events as required.
