Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking an Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. This home-based role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Esaote ultrasound equipment while delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Travel is extensive within the territory, with opportunities for professional growth into senior field service or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training required.
• Fundamental understanding of electronic tech, electrical systems, and troubleshooting theory.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform routine repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service and technical operations within the Pacific Northwest territory (85%).
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Esaote ultrasound equipment per procedures.
• Respond to service dispatches within established timeframes and meet quality targets.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with Technical Support to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and manage service parts and travel efficiently.
