Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking an Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to support customers in the Pacific Northwest from a home-based position. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Esaote ultrasound equipment while delivering superior customer service and satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, and Applications, participate in demonstrations and events, and drive key metrics for response time, utilization, and customer satisfaction across the

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronic technology or related field.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Pacific Northwest.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVMs, and multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Field Service and Technical Operations - 85% of time, covering installation, maintenance and repair of Esaote ultrasound equipment.
• Respond to service dispatches within 15 minutes and schedule activity within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete reports weekly.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, and Applications to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Travel extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas.
