Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking a Human/Veterinary Applications Specialist to support the Western U.S. region, including California, Arizona, and Colorado, with up to 80% travel and a remote work setup.

You will lead product demonstrations, onboarding, advanced training, and ongoing clinical support for Esaote ultrasound systems in both human and veterinary settings. The ideal candidate has an accredited ultrasound program background, ARDMS credentials preferred, 10 years clinical ultrasound

Qualifications

• Minimum of a graduate from an accredited ultrasound program.
• ARDMS multi-credentialed (RDMS/RVT/RDCS) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial applications, training, or clinical support role within the medical device industry.
• Experience supporting both human and veterinary imaging environments preferred.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for ultrasound demonstrations, customer evaluations, and sales initiatives in the Western U.S. territory.
• Deliver on-site and remote applications training for human and veterinary customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products and imaging applications.
• Troubleshoot clinical application issues and coordinate with service teams for resolution.
• Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, and educational events with live demonstrations.
• Develop relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to support education and engagement.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and development of clinical imaging content.
• Maintain knowledge of ultrasound technology and imaging protocols; mentor internal teams.
