Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking a highly skilled Human/Veterinary Applications Specialist to join our clinical support team in the Western United States, covering California, Arizona and Colorado.

This remote role requires up to 80% travel and focuses on product demonstrations, onboarding, advanced applications training, and ongoing clinical support for Esaote ultrasound systems in both human and veterinary settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program required.
• ARDMS multi-credentialed preferred (RDMS, RVT, RDCS).
• Minimum 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial applications, training, or clinical support role within the medical device industry
• Experience supporting both human and veterinary imaging environments preferred
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills required
• Prior territory-based or regional travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for ultrasound system demonstrations across the Western U.S. territory.
• Deliver on-site and remote applications training for human and veterinary customers to ensure successful system adoption and satisfaction.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products, clinical workflows, and imaging applications.
• Support customers by troubleshooting clinical application issues and coordinating with service teams for resolution.
• Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events through presentations and live demonstrations.
• Develop relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to support education, product awareness, and customer engagement.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and development of clinical imaging content and educational materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of ultrasound technology, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices while mentoring internal team members and sharing expertise across departments.
