Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure and demonstrate the UKG Ready platform across Payroll, HRIS, and TLM modules. The role supports new and existing clients, with strong emphasis on data integrity, client communication, and training.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Payroll/HRIS/implementation experience, advanced UKG Ready knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. This can be hybrid or remote, with occasional on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced knowledge of UKG Ready.
• Experience configuring TLM Pay Calc 2.0.
• 3–5 years of payroll, HRIS, or client implementation experience.
• Experience configuring Payroll, HRIS, TLM and Benefits in SaaS.
• Employee benefits configuration/enrollment experience.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred.
• Ability to import/validate/analyze client data in Payroll/HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, garnishments, workers’ comp, benefits.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, demo, and activate UKG Ready for POA clients.
• Train clients on Payroll, HRIS, TLM, and Benefits solutions.
• Deliver client training sessions for adoption and usability.
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless hand-offs and implementation.
• Attend client hand-off meetings to confirm scope and timelines.
• Ensure data integrity and validation throughout implementation.
• Deliver outstanding client service with proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and POA leadership.
• Exercise independent judgment to benefit clients and POA.
• Identify opportunities to expand POA services.
• Participate in internal/external training and development.
• Back-up for teammates to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with the POA team to resolve issues.
• Maintain high technical competence and market knowledge.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
• Champion IOA values and leadership.
