Job summary

Payroll Office of America, LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure and demonstrate the UKG Ready platform across payroll, HRIS, and time & labor modules for clients. This role is fully remote with optional onsite work from Lakewood Ranch, FL or Longwood, FL, and may require occasional on-site presence within a 50‑mile radius.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Payroll/HRIS/Implementation experience, UKG Ready expertise, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Payroll/HRIS/implementation experience.
• UKG Ready platform experience required.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong data validation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, demonstrate, and activate the UKG Ready Platform for clients.
• Train clients on Payroll, HRIS, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
• Coordinate and deliver client training sessions for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Analyze data for accuracy and compliance throughout implementation.
