Job summary

HRchitect, Inc. seeks an experienced UKG Pro Talent Consultant for contract work to support client needs across Talent modules. You will lead configuration, testing, and advisory activities, helping optimize talent management processes and drive successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold UKG implementation certification for Talent modules and bring prior consulting or professional-services experience, with the ability to work remotely and coordinate with North American client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing UKG Pro Talent modules in a client environment.
• Strong consulting background with focus on talent management processes.
• Familiarity with project governance and structured implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Pro Talent solutions.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
• Translate client requirements into effective UKG Pro Talent configurations and recommendations.
• Provide expertise across one or more Talent modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Succession, Learning).
• Develop and maintain configuration workbooks, requirements docs, testing materials, and logs.
• Guide clients through system testing, issue resolution, and data validation.
• Deliver knowledge-transfer and train-the-trainer sessions.
