Job summary
Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the post‑sale technical relationship for a book of customer accounts.
The role is remote in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, technical advisory, and renewal activities within the Nerdio Manager/Azure ecosystem. You will be the main technical contact, driving adoption, optimization, and value realization across IT operations, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of account management, consulting, or technical support experience.
- Technical background in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
- Experience deploying or supporting VDI environments, preferably AVD.
- Ability to collaborate with IT operations, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
- Proven track record building relationships and guiding software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Own post‑sales technical relationships to drive adoption and value.
- Lead onboarding, environment reviews, and kickoff calls with customers.
- Coordinate cross‑functional touchpoints across IT, finance, and engineering.
- Act as trusted advisor, identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.
- Manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
