Huntress in the United States seeks a Security Operations Center Analyst to triage, investigate, and remediate intrusions on a daily basis. You will work with a mission-driven team defending organizations globally and advancing your analyst skills for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a SOC or DFIR role.
• Experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS as attack surfaces.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, PowerShell and related tooling.
• Experience with static and dynamic malware analysis concepts.
• Working knowledge of Windows Administration or Enterprise Domain Administration.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to alerts from the company platform.
• Perform tactical review of telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root causes and remediations.
• Perform tactical malware analysis as part of investigations.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft M365 activity and provide remediations.
• Assist in escalations from Product Support for threat-related questions.
• Contribute to detection engineering and tuning efforts.
• Contribute to projects to improve analyst outcomes and collaboration.
