Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented UK Senior Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end UK payroll operations in a 100% remote role across EMEA. You will ensure accurate data, validate calculations, and liaise with our external payroll vendor while focusing on compliance and continuous improvement.

You will leverage Workday, Excel, and AI tools to automate processes, respond to employee inquiries, and support payroll-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UK payroll operations.
• Technical knowledge of UK tax calculations, NI, and payroll setup.
• Experience with Workday and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, review, and execute UK payroll processing.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendor to monitor SLAs and cycles.
• Resolve employee questions via WFA case management systems.
• Drive process automation and data validation using Excel/Sheets and AI tools.
• Monitor service metrics and ensure UK regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to governance and mandatory compliance training.
