Intelerad is hiring a UI/UX Researcher & Designer for a remote role where you will take ownership of both research and design across one or more product areas. You will partner with product managers, developers, and end users to translate complex clinical needs and business goals into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

In this position, you will ground decisions in rigorous user research, turn insights into usable interfaces, and help elevate the overall UX practice across the team

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UX Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of UI/UX design and UX research experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications.
• Ability to plan and lead user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
• Recruit participants and moderate sessions with clinicians and end users.
• Synthesize research into personas and journey maps; translate findings into design recommendations.
• Own and evolve the research repository to keep insights accessible for future work.
• Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release with clear specifications for developers.
