Zusammenfassung

Intelerad is seeking a UI/UX Researcher & Designer to own research and design across product areas in medical imaging. Work with product managers, developers, and clinicians to translate complex clinical needs into intuitive interfaces from discovery to release.

You will lead research priorities, synthesize insights into personas and journey maps, and drive design standards across the product suite, while mentoring others in UX practice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HCI/UX/Design or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in UI/UX design and UX research with a diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; wireframing to prototyping.
• Ability to plan and lead mixed-methods user research including personas.

• Independently own research and design for one or more product areas.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative UX studies across the lifecycle.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs for developers.
• Synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
