Intelerad is seeking a UI/UX Researcher & Designer to shape clinician interfaces for medical imaging products, owning research and design across product areas, partnering with product managers and developers from discovery to release. You will bring a balanced skillset rooted in rigorous user research and strong interaction design.

You will lead research and design activities, synthesize insights into personas and journey maps, produce wireframes and prototypes, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX Design, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in UI/UX design and UX research with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications.
• Independent planning and leadership of user research with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Familiarity with UX tools and repositories and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
• Synthesize research into personas and journey maps and translate findings into design recommendations.
• Lead design from concept to release with wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Develop design standards and guide implementation with developers and writers.
• Present findings to engineers and leadership and mentor junior designers and researchers.
