Intelerad, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a UI/UX Researcher to independently own research activities across one or more product areas. You will partner with product managers, developers, and end users to turn clinical needs into intuitive experiences from discovery through release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research experience with end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency with Figma and UX research platforms.
• Demonstrated wireframing and prototyping skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable design insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
• Recruit participants and moderate sessions with clinicians and end users.
• Synthesize data into personas and journey maps; inform roadmap decisions.
• Maintain a searchable research repository and share findings with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior researchers and present findings to engineers and leadership.
