Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Front-End Engineer to support a long term contract with SWPC/NCEP in Boulder, CO. You will translate complex space weather data into clean, responsive web interfaces built on Drupal 10.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of web development and UI/UX experience, with Drupal 10 expertise, accessibility focus, and collaborative, Agile work style. Remote work option may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Web Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated web development and UI/UX front-end experience.
• Experience custom-theming Drupal 10 (Twig, render API).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive layouts.
• Strong visual detail and polished UI delivery.
• Git proficiency and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, theme, and maintain scalable front-end components within Drupal 10.
• Partner with backend scientists to integrate UI with data streams and services.
• Develop clean design system and components with modern web tech and Drupal themes.
• Craft accessible, mobile-first UX for space weather maps, charts, and forecasts.
• Test and optimize front-end interfaces across browsers and devices.
