Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible experiences for enterprise financial applications. You will transform complex regulatory requirements into user-centered designs, wireframes, and scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with accessibility and enterprise standards.

You will lead design for dashboards and data-rich interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply research and testing to optimize user journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing data-rich applications, dashboards, and workflow-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models for enterprise financial applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Operations, clients, and engineering to simplify complex workflows.
• Conduct user research, workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify needs and optimize experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, component libraries, and reusable patterns.
