Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, accessible experiences for enterprise financial applications. You will translate complex business and regulatory requirements into user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.

You will partner with product, analytics, operations, clients, and engineering to simplify transfer agency and fixed income workflows while upholding accessibility and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• > 5 years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS/financial services.
• Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing data-rich applications, dashboards, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• > Design user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models for enterprise financial applications.
• > Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Operations teams, clients, and engineering stakeholders to simplify complex workflows.
• > Conduct user research, discovery workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• > Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, component libraries, and reusable patterns.
• > Apply accessibility best practices including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
