Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS or financial services.
• Strong skills in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models for enterprise financial applications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Operations teams, clients, and engineering stakeholders to simplify complex transfer agency and fixed income workflows.
• Conduct user research, discovery workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs and optimize experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, component libraries, and reusable design patterns.
• Apply accessibility best practices including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 compliance across all user interfaces.
