• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, production coordination, project management, or campaign operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse network of UGC creators.
• Coordinate multiple UGC campaigns from kickoff to delivery and ensure on-time results.
• Provide proactive campaign updates to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Maintain processes and documentation to keep the UGC program efficient.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and templates to improve operations.
