Job summary

Chief Detective, a performance marketing agency, seeks an UGC Program Manager to own the execution and continuous improvement of its UGC program. You will serve as the operational hub between clients, Growth Partners, Creative Strategists, creators, and internal production teams to deliver quality creator content on time and on budget.

You will build and maintain a reliable creator network, proactively solve operational challenges, and refine processes to create a scalable, repeatable service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, production coordination, project management, or campaign operations.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit creators aligned with client demographics and needs.
• Coordinate outreach, selection, and contracts using DocuSign.
• Manage multiple concurrent UGC programs with strong organization and communication.
• Maintain proactive communication with Growth Partners, Creative Strategists, clients, and creators.
• Develop and maintain creator playbooks, templates, and documentation.
