You will tailor global formats for the UK market and communicate clearly with creators to ensure strong execution. You will work with Educato's global growth and creative teams, leveraging proven formats, scripts, and tools.

• Familiar with UK creator market and strong English communication.
• Organized and proactive with strong written and verbal communication.

• Execution-focused with ability to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit British creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Review content and provide fast, clear feedback to creators.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
