Maximus is a doctor-led men's health company delivering proven, subscription-based treatments. We’re hiring a part-time Creator & UGC Manager to grow the creator program remotely and coordinate weekly deliverables for paid media.

You will own the roster, negotiate terms, and drive output—finding new creators, locking in deals, and ensuring timely, ad-ready videos that align with regulatory review.

Qualifications

• 8+ years running creator or UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace.
• Strong recruiter with ability to assess on-call fit for paid social campaigns.
• Experience negotiating terms, rights, and deliverables in a scalable program.

Responsibilities

• Find new talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator marketplaces.
• Structure contracts and asks with clear briefs, deadlines, and rights.
• Manage a large roster with weekly cadence, feedback, and performance learnings.
• Plan to deliver 50+ ad-ready creator videos monthly as a starting target.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, paid media partners, and compliance reviewers.
